Shipping Process

We require between 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. 

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. 

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. 

For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

While we will do all that we can to make sure you order is delivered on time, ProntoBella cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Whether or not you'll get charged additional money from the customs in your country is out of our control. When you order an item from our store, you acknowledge that there's a possibility of additional charges once the package reaches your country. Please contact your country's customs office if you wish to learn more about the specific rules of your location.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays that may/may not be caused by the customs clearance processes in the destination country. Additionally, shipping to certain countries could require extra shipping fees due to the geographical location.

DutiesTaxes, and Other Fees:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ProntoBella has no control over these charges, nor can ProntoBella predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

ProntoBella is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Delays in Shipment:

Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather Conditions
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
  • Large and/or Bulky Items
  • Error on the Shipping provider side

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well-informed to the best of our ability.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change. the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.

RETURNS:

By placing an order in our store, you are responsible for the cost of return. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return packages

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours of placing order or shipment, whichever comes first. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours or sooner. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, send us a picture and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. We may request for you to pay for shipping returns depending on the circumstances.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  1. Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  2. Past our 24 hour rule
  3. You may be responsible for paying for return label.

*You can submit refund requests within 24 hours after receiving the item. Anything further than that, then it may be out of our responsibility. You may have to pay for a return label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
